I declare under penalty of perjury that the information listed in this application is true and correct. I hereby consent to allow Landlord and/or Bruma Realty LLC through its designated agent and its employees to obtain and verify my consumer information (including credit, (Credit Report, Fico Score) criminal, housing records and public records information) for the purpose of determining whether or not to lease an apartment to me. I understand that a review of my credit history will result in a hard inquiry on my report. I understand that should I lease an apartment, Bruma Realty LLC and/or Landlord and its agent shall have a continuing right to review my consumer information, rental application, payment history and occupancy history for account review purposes and for improving application methods. I understand that any rent, security or deposit money I give to the rental company or management, toward any apartment is non-refundable. The hold deposit will only be returned if this application is not approved and provided that all above questions were answered truthfully. All deposits and fees are non-refundable for any other reason. I agree to provide all documents within 24 hours of giving a deposit or apartment application and if approved, to sign the lease agreement within 72 hours of lease agreement being prepared. If the application is approved and I don’t bring the rest of the deposit and rent by the agreed upon date, or am unable to fulfill the conditions of occupancy, my deposit will be forfeited. Landlord or Bruma realty LLC reserve the right to look at multiple applications for one apartment simultaneously.
The application fee is non-refundable even if the applicant is denied.
